Peter Oh
Peter Oh founded Mortgage Guys (MTG Guys, Inc.) after more than nine years originating home loans for a largely Korean-American clientele in Southern California. As an independent broker he compares wholesale lender options rather than selling one bank's products, and he handles each file himself from the first call through funding — in English or Korean.
How Peter works
Every file starts with a short conversation about your situation, not a rate quote. Peter runs the numbers on the routes that fit — full documentation, bank statement, DSCR, or a government program — and shows you the payment and cost of each side by side before anyone pulls credit. Once you choose, the same person who took your first call manages underwriting conditions, the lock, and the closing timeline.
What clients have said
Forty-eight public Google reviews of Peter's previous firm, Mortgage One Group, mention him by name. They are quoted as written, with a link to the originals, on the reviews feed on our homepage.

This page is general educational information, not an offer of credit, a rate quote or a commitment to lend. Program guidelines change and vary by lender, borrower and state; the figures here are typical ranges, not promises. Talk to a licensed loan originator about your specific situation.
